Are you doing this?

Wow, it’s been a wonderful and exciting year and I’m really looking forward to the coming year and all the new things that we have in the works. I’m not quite where I want to be just yet so I’m certainly not willing to ‘settle.’

Are you so comfortable where you are in life that you’re willing to just ‘settle?’

That means in all areas of life. Money, relationships, spiritually, on all levels.

I highly encourage you to stop tolerating and start transitioning. Whether it’s the first step or another step your journey continues and you will create it by the choices you make.

Remember, we are born to have as much abundance in life as we dream of and I don’t necessarily mean money. There’s abundance all around you. Look and you will see it.

The choices you make to create what you want in life are going to be up to you. If you are thinking in such a way that you can attract your dreams you will create them. You deserve to live a rich, fulfilling, happy life so think big and go for it.

If you’re not where you wanted to be, whether it’s personally or professionally, make sure that your goals and plans are set and ready to go by the beginning of 2008. Ask yourself more challenging questions.

Where do I want to be in 3 years? How do I want my life to look? What will happen if I don’t change anything next year? What’s one action I can take so that I’m ready to move toward achieving my dream life?

Due to the holidays, this will be my last blog post for 2007. Happy Holidays everyone and make 2008 your greatest year ever.

WHAT YOU FOCUS ON EXPANDS

Because of many conversations I’ve had recently, it has become obvious to me, that both professionally and personally, there are still many people who don’t get the “What you focus on expands,” theory.

As I’ve said many times before, attracting what you want in life is about your energy and the energy in the universe around you. It doesn’t just depend on your thinking, your words, the focus you have or the action you take. It depends on everything working in alignment, especially your mind.

What you focus on does expand. If you are constantly talking about debt that’s where you will stay. That doesn’t mean you shouldn’t be aware of your finances, it means have a plan to get it cleared up, take the action and then let it go. Make different choices and start preparing on bringing abundance into your life.

While I’m talking about it abundance isn’t just about money, it’s about being grateful for all the wonderful simple things in life.

If you are afraid or doubtful, stop focusing on the fear and doubt. It is necessary to acknowledge it because that keeps you real. Then tell the fear it has no power over you and then move forward into action. Remember, that fear is just “false evidence appearing real.” You have a choice. I encourage you to choose Power, purpose and passion.

If you have an illness of any description, stop focusing on feeling awful, getting tired or anything else. I have fibromialgia and 3 herniated cervical discs that can play havoc if I allow it. I choose not to. I take the necessary action, I don’t do the woe is me and every day I use the power of positive thinking.

If you want to lose weight, stop focusing on losing weight. Look at changing the way you eat, think and exercise. Add relaxation or meditation into your day, it’s been highly researched that there’s a link between stress and weight gain. Focus only on getting healthy and that’s what will happen. Be happy with who you are.

These are just a few examples. There’s an exercise I often give to clients called My Perfect Day. Write about how your perfect day would look if you could have it any way you want. Remember to write about what you ‘do want’ and not what you don’t want. Post it somewhere you can see it and live each day the way you would ideally like to live.

‘Til next time, have a wonderful week.
